2005 COPS run

Join for a 10k run ,it looks like impossible for me,I just suddenly decided after deadline to take part,didn't tell any other PM gang,cause malu lah,my 10k ,no experience total at all.

My time for this race is expected ,cause I target for 50minutes to 55 minutes,learn a lot of experience and glad to meet a lot of running friends,plus deliver Nilai photos to running friends !

I reached IPK too early,wait for PM gang tarak nampak,duduk 1 jam tunggu infront of PUDU JAIL main gate,then 7.05am,decided went to reporting area,then chat with some friends,meet Dr,PM 1 couple......a lot ...!

Then I Q up for 25 minutes simpan beg...it is lucky until 7.30am baru dapat success simpan,can't ask Sim to jaga my bag...then decided bring camera,2 rolls filem and 500ml water with add plumb powder.

Rush without doing any warm up ,I quickly went to starting point,said hello to Sim,Dr,CM and others gang...I don't have race plan,just run it.

After the start,I just slow slow follow,then before end of Jalan Imbi ,I said JIA YU to Phyllis,then continue my normal pace, before USA embassy,Dr potong my sayur,I rethink I need to keep pace or not ?

Finally gave up to follow Dr pace,cause his pace little fast for me,my condition just telling me,10k is more susah than a full marathon or ultramarathon,hahaha..so ...just keeping my pace.

I didn't look back who is behind me,after turn in behind Nikko Hotel,surprise found Phyllis too close follow me,wah....!

And,I felt little kancheong liao,cause I can't found Dr buntut any more,too far for me to pick up...then saw Jason backside,it is about 150metres away from me,his pace very consistent,I also gave up to try potong Jason,cause my condition told me,today is not my day.

I came for learning ,just happy to run in my target time ,will be a good,too long didn't join 10k run !

After tha race,I found that my many reason affect my performance as below:

1.Can't sleep well,may be tension for 10k race.

2.Can't wear adistar cushion shoe for 10k,must wear racing or semi racing shoe.

3.Shouldn't bring any thing on my body.

4.Simpan bag late.

5.Didn't warming up.

6.Less tempo run.7.Don't have plan for 10k race.
