My friends action in Powerman Dualathon KL 06

Tony pace for Ameba for the final 5km...but Tony face cramp problem,over pia....!! Ameba finished in 3:38(10km run,45km bike,5km run),5km timing is 35minutes !

P2 Tan Khee Meng smiling infront of me..he said easy lah..but pia over,cramp....!!

Ameba finally appear infront of me.

I don't know Tony was in my DC..haha...only plan to snap a gal and a guy together fotos..hehe !
