Feel the pace of 10km again.....mizuno wave run !

Although my timing is not so encouraging,only manage to run 55m39 seconds,great to have a little pressure under 10km race,lucky it was a limited finisher medal race.

Glad to meet many running friends in this run,like Wendy from Ipoh,Ah Kee from Muar,Hwan Chee Huat from CCHOO gang(missing long time after PJ Half) and many others.

Did little warm up,as usual I bring my Digital Camera,but this time only before start and after finish race,try to gain back my form slowly.

After start,disturb KNN,jamie is just near behind me,but after that,me slowly gain pace,reached 5km mark is 23m26s,little slow liao,can't see many PMs like CM or SJ liao,all ran like smoke...!! Nevermind,me feel the pace with comfort and overtoke runners who are walking from first hill.

But due too worry pain on my right ankle,just easy pace and non stop from first hill,b4 carcosa saw ss2 photosun bos,David ,he suffer,walk ?! Then after turn reight in carcosa,saw Lai suffer walk,encourage him to continue run,then I just keep my pace,at 3 last km,met SJ's friend Mei- Mei,wah,just follow her behind her all the way,try to increase pace after turn out from tugu negara,final 100m,mei-mei said pia..I replied u went first,just let her went ahead me,me pos finishing photo,but no gang to snap my photo,nvm..me quickly toke my DC after collect my goodie bag,snap KNN,Dr,Ah Fook,Ah Kee,Uncle Hooi,Leong chai ,Wendy also...plus many others...!!

This is a nice race for me to feel the 10km race pace.
