Extra entry SIM (Singapore marathon )for Pacesetters members

SPORE Marathon had offered us a bulk registration of 40 pax despite the registration is closed.

I have accepted the said offer on behalf of the club and the closing date extended to us is 14th October 2007.

In view of the closing date nearing I seek EXCO and webmaster help to disseminate the said information quickly to the members.

This privilege is strictly for valid PACM members please do not abuse.

Procedure :

1.Members need to fill the attached form.
2.Make payment of RM120 cash or cheque payable to PACM.

3.Submit the form together with the payment to PACM administrator.

4.Closing date 14th Oct. 2007.
