I will leaving 30/9 for my third attempt for Kinabalu climbathon,due to less prepare,just going for fun....may be ,will try get the cert after age 40 lah...!!

各位跑友：

小弟明日（九月三十日）將會前往沙巴州，第三次參加神山登山比賽，希望大家在武吉安曼團練跑得愉快。

今次沒有作好準備，所以只是去輕鬆，不過會嚐試去比賽，沒有寄望完成比賽，欲拿完跑証書，看來只有等四十歲以後啦！
