2005 Hari Raya LSD

Awake at 5am...too tire...lucky rain non stop....lazy on bed until 5.30am,decide ready all for Hari Raya LSD,even rain turn very small,sky is nice...weather cooling...I ride my motor toward bukit aman carpark.

When I reached bkt aman ,it is still raining....saw some of the runners ready to go for LSD,after chat with Tony..I decide no wait for them,cause they will start late at about 6.30am...I decide start at 6.15am.PM19 Justin didn't turn up.

I ran alone,slow pace overtoke some pacm members,felt better than last sunday LSD,it was my 2nd LSD after sick from Phuket marathon,the rain stop when I reach Jalan Duta.

My time reached Jalan Duta is 32minutes,I deicde to keep my pace,reached Petronas,I decide one more km,then check my time is 1 hour.Not bad lah...2nd LSD after suffer from Phuket full.

Met with Lisar with her gang ,Carmen and one guy.....Lisar didn't extra one km...the less continue one more km.

After drink one can of GATORADE....I felt better..then slow pace to keep up Carmen and her pacer.

On return way before turn right to Masjid...I met with Tony,Eric,Vivian,Chantelle and other runners,snap their photos,I keep behind Carmen about 500 metres.Surprirse met with Yaziz at traffic of Masjid. Ucap selamat Hari Raya to him..! He invite me to his sunday open house....!

I overtoke Carmen after one km crossing Jalan Duta,then ran alone again..still felt steady...desire to keep my pace....met with JennyLee,Teresa...!

I reached bkt aman after 2hours,not bad lah...! After chat for a while,ride to klcc park,intend to give pm23 support,but he start very late at 9.45am,although I left and back again...wait until nearly 9am and left...!!
