Sunday LSD with Penguins

I ran with penguins ,P1 n p2 plus Lisar two others...slow pace....reach petronas and 1 round extra is 1 hour.Then return way..I snap some of the runners foto..then rush with faster pace....met penguin at Istana Selangor.

After Tugu negara and reached bkt aman carpark..time is 2hrs..not bad...!! 21km..my condition is coming back,but muscle is little fit liao...!!

Next sunday LSD 30K..may be run ,but may be snap foto..all depend these week China badminton open ,how I do OT ,tire or not..!!
