Recovery run 30minutes 281205輕鬆跑30分鐘
After rushing my work.I manage to reach home about 7.10pm,then quickly change my running adtire.I use my relax pace to run 30minutes,about 5km !
Altough during my running time,the sky look very cloudy,feel very lucky it no rain during I enjoy the relax running,if not ,will delay my recovery of cough ...hehehe!
It is good to have sweat after a tire work day,and then I have to return office for Copenhagen Master ,will work late till midnight !
趕完老二交給我的浮羅交怡腳車長途賽稿子,就馬上回家換黃昏跑的跑步衣褲,我在七時十五分開始,雖然天空烏雲密佈,也有打雷和閃電,幸好在我三十分鐘的輕鬆跑中,老天爺疼惜我,在我跑完五分鐘後才下雨。
出了一些汗,感覺很爽,不然快要痊癒的感冒和咳嗽可能會被拖延。較後吃完泰國河粉後,就回報館守哥本哈根精英羽球賽。
