2 days 2 LSD

After pacing with DK yesterday,this morning,run again another hartamas LSD.It was nice morning weather,some runners already kick start their SIM LSD with 21km or 30km LSD,cinya good spirit.

I relax pace with slow pick up my endurance for preparing my 31.12.06 Sin 12hrs run,hopefully leave will get approve,no repeat like this morning should be standing in starting line of Mt Kinabalu climbathon,lucky just waste the AirAsia ticket only,if not,sure "amtui" lah !!

After chit chat with gangs at car park,join bro Sonny Ng,Eric/Vivian,Tony and gangs at Imbi for breakfast,chat again,return house already almsot 12noon.

Pacm got deliver the Chin Woo biathlon and Selayang run form,who will going to take part ah ? hmmm...
