Met some runners on the way like Mr PR LFS,KC and Penguin gals train for SIM,Vivian,Uncle Hooi.Back way met Coach Chan runners.

I use this LSD for as recovery run and also training for LSD.Slow pace about 6minites perkm.My leg was tire after yesterday Nuang trip.
