Abu(29yrs) very pia,He lost weight from 98kg to 70kg in a year time because join running,is amazing..he aim for 60kg.Salute him kau-kau lat !!!! Hope he can improve his maiden FULL time at putrajaya 4:59:45.

Saiful can still pai run on KRI trail road,no need walk..!!
