Condition:At first,plan just run slow,but cchoo gang who start first slower their pace waiting for me,meet them before thurn to jalan duta,after take a short break at Petronas,leg muscle cinya heavy,but back still ok,cause meet many friends,suprise ABU and saiful return way cinya strong.Meet with Coach Chan runners,even pm1 and LFS also there.

Waiting for PM1 and LFS finish pia 20k,then chit chat at Malay stall.
