Recovery run 5km

After work ,I force myself ,can't repeat lazy like recenty,must find time to run during weekday ,even for 5km or 10km..I will hope this keep going,even work in office and other thing still much pressure,if not...sure Hatyai full (18.12.05) will suffer like Phuket ,plus Singapore 12hrs run (25.12.05).

I got a relax pace for 5km run about 28 minutes 49 seconds.This is for my last sunday 30km LSD practice run.

雖然近期好忙,上週日三十公里團練後,雙腳肌肉疼痛得不得了,所幸沒有觸發膝蓋舊傷,所以週一沒有進行恢復跑,因此特地迫自己不再尋找任何藉口,星期二放工後,晚上七點十分進行五公里恢復跑,好讓雙腳肌肉可以恢復,消除疲勞。

跑完,感覺好多啦!希望接下來能夠繼續保持跑步,即使是五公里或十公里,讓雙腳保住跑的感覺,不然十二月十八日的合艾馬拉松和十二月二十五日的新加坡十二小時超級馬拉松,可要受苦啦!
