Ran again at TTDI

Ran again in TTDI again,did 3 big 1 small,start from 6.55pm,finished run met with Blueameba and two friends.

Help PM21 register for Mizuno 10km with Francis.

Although track is wet,but I like the sky and fresh air after rain,my condition still not fully recover due busy with work and other thing.

Introduce Blueameba and her friends to Francis and PK ,promote running mah !

A lot of runners skip fellowship run at TTDI due to KRI...wish them all the best in Ipoh!!
