LSD 020106

After slept 4hrs ,I manage to wake up at 4.50am,then 5.15am went to Bukit Aman for first LSD of 2006.

Me,SJ,SL,SL bos,sj couples friends went for 20km LSD,but almost reach KTM station Bank Negara,SJ forgot to lock her car,also rush back,and me slow run behind them,I wait at beside of Padang Merbok,after SJ n SL return,lucky remind by SL,if not,sure jia lat...hehehe !

This morning weather is nice,cold,very relax pace....we reached Petronas about 1:15h...!

After drink 500ml of Gatorade,I continue my LSD ,on the way back ,we met John couple,Adam...! Then before turn left to KTM,we met Kampung Pandan group ,elite and second group,elite group also saw PM36....!!

SJ leg pain,so,I accompany her to direct way bank negara,no KTM,SL with her bos ...!!

We reached Bukit Aman carpark by 2:16h...! It is nice to train in the cold morning !! Looking forward to have more fun in 2006 run and race !!
