This morning woke up 3am liao...but lazy on bed until 5am...then lazy action..5.25am went to Bukit Aman,almost reached carpart,met CCHOO,KENNY CHOO,LIM KIEN LEONG,all train hard for coming full marathon,but Lim only going for sin full.

As for me,still doing my recover of form..plan to run LSD 20km only..the other 3 go for 25km..both of my leg muscle still have to slow-slow build.Will try my best to train during Seagame busy period.

After chat with CCHOO gang at Petronas,I turn back for Bkt aman,didn't do one small lap,when I ran back..met a lot of pacm members,first is KC ,then follow others,Lisar also...!!!

When I plan to change my pacm shirt..but saw Terry Fox run start at 7.30am liao..not like lasy year start late...aiya...I quickly change my pacm t-shirt..met with Carol...,then snap some photos...yup..Surprise Kenny Tan join this race...he said he got Position 5...He ask me to return the VCD oh...hahaha...no time to see lah...nvm lah...!!

I chat with CCHOO gang,japan senior veteran friend 56yrs...and also with Ah Long,Carol also ,,,yup...Plus TTDI Lorna Wong ...and her husband also...!!

The Terry Fox shirt sold out...So..I just donate RMXX...in the box lah ...!!
