Condition:After few days early morning train,today plan to take a rest,but muscle felt tight,so lazy on bed until 7.30am,then ran with NB1060,very relax pace,just relax my muscle.1060 make me felt pain on right heel,but 2nd lap was ok.After 29 minutes relax run,both of my leg muscle was ok liao.
