Running in Sahara latest news....!!!

Enter the 82 days,Kevin Lim with other 2 ultra runners ran half of the Libya route,going to enter las t country in Sahara desert.

These running in sahara desert cover total distance is around 6500km,estimate will run 3 months to complete,after finish Senegal,Mauritania,Mali,Niger and now finish half way of Libya,final country in Sahara will be Egypt.

They completed 4000 km already,salute to 3 of them.Wish them all the best ya...!!

Running mates:Ccube,Fook,Gradeline,Ben,Ann and her Malay friend.

First 5km,relax pace,cause after GE30K,didn't run,reached Jalan Duta 33m38s,before reach Petronas,saw one Jazz car 7878 burn in the middle road,lucky Bomba also fast came,1h01m58s.

After drink one can Gatorade,rest 2m50s,then back alone follow Jason,Chee Wee,Ben,Gradeline 200metres behind.Reached Jalan in 23m48s.Increase pace for last 3km,reached bkt aman in 30m30s,total time is 1h59m08s.

P/S:Actually plan go back my hometown Labis for my secret LSD training and celebrate my birthday with myself.But due to 2nd Johor serious flood,affected my planning,and my family wish me to stay back at PJ,luckily didn't go back,cause the train service and road to my hometown also affected.

Once again,appreciate u all to attend my birthday after LSD,although it was tough 19km for me,cause just return to LSD,almost cramp and old right ankle pain still affect my running.

十大內臟創傷

折斷二十二條肋骨，割除一個腎，脾臟被割去，肝切去一半，肺穿了三個洞，恥骨爆裂，胃及十二子腸腫脹，肌肉萎縮，門牙崩了，內臟功能失調。

十大后遺症

記憶力衰退，腎功能大減，毫無食欲，盆骨碎裂難孕，免疫能力盡失，全身無力， 喉窩、右胸及北至小腹部留疤（長達二十多吋），長期耳鳴，心跳不規律，肺功能有問題。

她感慨：活下去，其實並不快樂，現在的我，名副其實虛有其表。

不過，她滿腔熱心地說：“我不快樂是事實，因為事情已發生在我身上，可是我希望每個人都有活下去的勇氣，盡量避免悲劇發生，就算面對再棘手的問題，都不要輕易放棄。”

　　亞姐突遭車禍

　　2004年 2月28日凌晨5時，張佩金乘坐的出租車在浦東與一輛大卡車相撞，張在車禍中受重傷，肋骨幾乎全部斷裂，並伴隨大量出血，生命幾度陷於垂危，接連數天處於 昏迷狀態。經搶救，張佩金脫離了生命危險，但很多臟器被摘除，其中包括脾臟、肝臟左葉和一個腎臟。事故發生後，郭富城和伏明霞等都為張佩金送去祝福。任賢 齊還向當時住院的張佩金送去現金，以解巨額醫藥費缺口，這兩年，張佩金一直在上海接受治療，身體雖已無大礙，但還是有很多後遺症。

張慧敏高高舉起獎盃

“她說要去追那個阿姨，我知道她一定行的。”

還是那套黃色的泳裝“運動服”，但開賽前的張慧敏進行一番“盛粧”，在眉心點了一顆硃砂，頭上也扎了三朵小花。這場比賽非同尋常，是她人生中的首場馬拉松，這對父女的長跑夢也許從今天開始正式放飛。

8：00，開賽的槍聲鳴響。第一次站在擁擠的人群中起跑，瘦小的張慧敏有些緊張和跼踀，沒有見過任何比賽的小女孩在蜂擁前衝的一群大人中顯得有些生澀。直到幾公里後，父親張建民騎車繞開人追上女兒時，張慧敏步伐的節奏才稍稍穩定了。

“快看那個7歲女孩啊，挺厲害的。”“那個7歲女孩子快到了。”記者沿途跟隨，時常聽到參賽運動員們邊跑邊議論，有些人還不時回頭觀望張慧敏。

張慧敏有時會跟爸爸交流：“我去追前面那個大哥哥好不好？”“你要能追就追，不能追咱就跑，不一定要名次啊。”張建民笑著說。記者看到，在21.095公里半程之前，張慧敏處於中間靠前的位置，到了24、25公里處時，這個精瘦的女孩突然開始發力了。

事後父親張建民在回憶這個瞬間的時候突然眼睛濕潤了。他告訴記者，18、19公里一直都是女兒的疲勞期，但過了半程以後狀態就不一樣了。“當她跟我說要去追前面那個阿姨的時候，我心裏激動了，我知道她一定行的。”(文/南海網)


後生可畏:海口7歲女孩3小時28分跑完馬拉松

　　2007年1月1日，2007海口第五屆“極限長跑盃”馬拉松賽舉行，130多名自願報名參加的男女以自己喜愛的長跑方式迎接新年的到來。再過 6天就滿8歲的女孩張慧敏3小時28分45秒跑完全程，比女子組第一名（成人）僅多用時19秒。賽程從萬綠園至海口火車站返回，總距42.195公里。據賽事總監介紹，他們所了解到的此前世界上跑完此標准距離馬拉松賽程年齡最小者是印度一名9歲男孩。

　　在慶祝元旦2007 海口市第五屆“極限長跑盃”馬拉松賽中，7歲的張慧敏用3小時28分45秒跑完全程。這是張慧敏首次參加參加馬拉松比賽。張慧敏從4歲幵始，跟父親張建民跑步，一跑跑了3年多。現在她必須在每天凌晨3點前起床跟父親跑上42.2公里的馬拉松，然後下午進行3小時的體能訓練。“魔鬼”式的訓練之下，7歲的張慧敏2006年曾用4小時18分17秒跑完42.2公里。

Gunung Tahan trekking route (kuala Tahan)

This is the traditional route from Jerantut Taman Negara Kuala Tahan ,Jerantut to Gunung Tahan,55km one way,return is 110km,normally need 7 days 6 nights,men carry 20kg to 25kg thing,girls need about 15kg to 18kg.But nowday popular is up and down at other exit at Merapoh(Sg Relau),that will reduce one day trip.
