小弟明日(九月三十日)將會前往沙巴州,第三次參加神山登山比賽,希望大家在武吉安曼團練跑得愉快。

今次沒有作好準備,所以只是去輕鬆,不過會嚐試去比賽,沒有寄望完成比賽,欲拿完跑証書,看來只有等四十歲以後啦!

My two days recovery run after Genting walk

Wait for Justin,no come oh....so...me with Jamie Pang start our slow-slow run towards Hartamas,me still felt suffer from Genting 24hrs walk...But what to do,if no LSD this morning,I don't know how I suffer in Climbathon next sunday at Mt K Sabah.

We very slow pace,as me and Jamie still not in good condition,so...we use about 1h02 minutes to reached Petronas patrol station at Hartamas,I bought one can of Gatorade Lemon lime,then we restart our run back to Bukit Aman,before Income tax at Jalan Duta,we catch up with Ching Tai(CCHOO brother) and Kenny Choo,they toward Double Hills,me and Jamie back to original road..

But we met walkers b4 turn left....hahaha...gua snap foto liao...kasi Jamie alone infront...intend to catch up Jamie..but I felt my left knee little pain..CIS.....kau lat liao...so how I do ? I slow down...walk and run....and snap MMBW foto lah...

Me met a lot of friends walk action..snap loh...hahaha....then ran back to Padang Merbok which is finishing for MMBW....

SJ told me 10k..kasi cakap besar sama gua...hahaha..she do 20k...lucky I snap her sister foto..remind by SL(seok ling),snap her foto also...hahaha ..u know what ? SL got 5th RM900,SJ only hamper lah..hahaha..she intend to get hamper mah....she so sayang miss the $$$,if no HIT WALL ,sure she can fight kau-kau lat with SL...hahaha !

After snap kau-kau lat fotos...I went to lake garden,tought pm1 got $$,can belanja makan pagi.mana tau...the organiser slow -slow announce results,,kasi gua wait sampai lapar oh.....

Around 1pm...me and adam walk back to carpark...aiya...pj 17 breakfast n lunch....

My painfull experience in 3rd Genting 24hrs walk

Date:18-19/9/05

Time:12noon to 12noon

Place:Genting

As u all know,I am still suffer on leave after 4 days of Genting 24hrs walk,honestly let u all know that I cried after cross the finishing line,my all body over tire,I can't control my emotional,cried infront of ST couple.Then u all shouldn't call me ironman(orang besi) liao,so dam suffer...I almost gave up....during the race at 6 hours cover only 33km !

I hope my kan koh(suffer) condition will not scare u all interest to join this such endurance walk race in future.

Penguin 2 drive me from my section 17 no:737 house after I came backfrom support running friends in PJ Half,like PM gang,Safra and other PACM gang.

Due to short of time,we rush to reporting and get ready all of our equipment,lucky we still have about 25 minutes to snap some foto of pre race,but I skip lunch...hahaha....this is no good....advise who interest in future,may need to reach there more early...cause skip lunch is not good oh,less energy...!

Chat with a lot of PACM members,toke a group foto b4 the race start,I use my NB 900 ,adidas long sleeve(thanks jamie's tip),pacm cap,climbathon mask and als my pouch which I put DC .

The race start at 12.00noon,I with 300plus walkers,very excited to start this endurance walk race...as I no target and walk relax,no rush. But for elite walkers,they are dam fast,very fast to one lap by lap overtoke us.

As first..I plan to use my adidas watch to record down every 2 laps timing,cause my watch only have 100 laps,but this is useless..cause once u continous walk lap by lap...u will not easy to remember,I realise after 9 hours...organiser release every 3 hours results...hahaha..I use my DC to snap down,easy and fast....convenient,just paidin full concetration walk.

The distance of one lap is about 875.4metre,the most tough part is about 80 metre downhill part,some walkers floating,then their lap results will disqualified.

My tactic is walk relax ,have fun and avoid go to toilet,don't want buy 4 digit(toilet),my first 3 hours results is 17.50km,very relax pace and snap some photos,chat with friends.

Altough I skip lunch,but I no dare to have a lot food at supply station,only ate some bread,biscuit and some light food,then I just tahan(maintain) until dinner time at 8pm,only ate some rice.

I manage to keep all the way with my hungry stomach,even when I cross finishing line,I still manage to control of the hungry feeling,drink a lot of sport drink,plus milo and lime/lemon,plus final 3 hours BANANA favour powerbar...it help me a lot,I manage to all out at final hour,just avoid ate a lot of food during the race.

I have one disappointed experience when I felt one of my left foot toe black colour liao at about 7pm,so change with sandal,but I forgot to put back my championchip...hahaha...lost about 40 minutes...but what to do ? I hv to accept it with sad feeling.But it affect much my feeling,especially I realise it was not easy endurance walk race,altough I am not aim for prize..but for my first apperance,I don't know whatwill happen to me,make me so sad,altough on my way toke my championchip,a lot of friends ask..I also sad to reply...my heart really broken..!!


At midinight,my mileage 58km..P2 said his foot suffer..got serious blister liao...he will sleep from 12am....I no plan to sleep..just usewhat I have ,even my pace per hour is so little about 3km plus,I just keep away from sleeping...hahaha...not easy oh....somemore hungry..cold weather and at about 5.30am n 6.30am raining...especially 6.30am is medium raining...many ppls have to wear raincoat to continue on,I praise all this walkers fighting spirit...!!

My mileage increase very slow,after 15 hours(3am),only70km,then at 18 hours(6am),my mileage just 83km overtoke p2 ,at21 hours(9am) ,my mileage surpass 96km,I overtoke some others good pacm members,that boost my spirit,Almost I hit the wall as early as 6hrs(6pm) and my muscle of the leg is dam sore ,I start attack and tryto walk faster with all my energy and paid 100% full concetration atfinal hour..my pace very encouraging 7km perhour....I finished with 111.18km with use of 23:56:50...thanks..my body suddenly felt allrelease,drink one can of sport drink,ST couple saw my face withcrying...so paiseh...quickly hold on....chat them for a while thenq up for giving medals....!

Waiting for prize presentation,I q up for lunch,at half way,I felt can't tahan hungry and sleepy feeling...I think I will near to pengsan liao....quickly pass my plate to p2 ask him for help take meal,then I push away some ppls,qickly sit down outside of toilet,my face was white ,uncle Sonny quickly ask me what happen,I said I almost pengsan liao,dam cham,ask him to seek p2 help me quickly take food for me..hahaha...scare oh....one fellow snap my kan koh face foto,apalah..I quickly use my hand block my face...hahaha !

My body totally out of my control,tell u all,this hungry feeling still maintain even after one week,I toke a lot of food..but my uncomfortable stomach....make me no mood..lucky my boss approve gua 3 days annual leave plus two days offday,I rest 5 days at house....sipeh jia lat...I no dare to take part if no well prepare !

And even my sleeping feeling also kan koh...slept a lot after the race..also difficult to recover...dam suffer ,cause sleeping is most important for us.

I am so lucky have a lot of friends to support me,especially million thanks to my close friend MP,Uncle Sonny,Safra friends(ST),P2,Goh who help me to tight up my championchip on sandal..without u all help and enouragement,I sure gave up in early stage,I don't know how to appreciate u help and encourage...KAN EN...!!

慘痛的第三屆雲頂二十四小時競走經驗

在雲頂下雨競走的滋味可不好受!
有些人頂不住,就拿被單在場邊睡!

地點:雲頂

完走獎牌:五十公里(男子組)、三十五公里(女子組)

參賽人數:隊際賽(十一隊)、男子個人(一百五十八人)、女子個人(九十人)。

參賽國家與地區:大馬、新加坡、香港、捷克、日本、俄羅斯、丹麥、毛里裘斯、加納、白俄羅斯、尼日利亞、波多黎各、德國、澳洲、印尼、阿曼、比利時、西班牙、斯里蘭卡。

前言:

雖然前兩屆因機緣不夠錯失參賽,但是今次可說是鐵定心腸要一嚐二十四小時競走的滋味,企鵝二號Tan Khee Meng決定與我同上戰場,一嚐迄今未試過的二十四小時競走體驗。

或許我不是一般的競走愛好者,只是為了試一試聽起來夠唬人的那二十四小時,我完全沒有去練競走,原本打算藉著馬來郵報二十公里競走做為熱身,可是馬來郵報競走卻因煙霾展期,讓我唯一的競走嚐試機會也溜走,自己也不緊張,種下難以估計的苦果。

賽前:

巴生的跑步前輩彼得約過我一次練習到巴生練習十二小時,可是卻錯過,結果原本想想自己該有時間至少練個二至三小時,可是最終弄至只有在武吉加拉練一陣子,誤以為競走與登山的走路差不多一樣,而且自己最後一個星期也有參加布城半馬,體能狀態應不會太差,但是這完全不一樣,跑步與競走是兩回事。

為參加八打靈再也半馬的新加坡SAFRA跑友打氣,以及拍了一些跑友終點照後,我就在早上八點二十分趕著回家。回到家,企鵝二號說他家裡有點事,所以會遲來,我恰好可以將八打靈再也半馬的照片抄在我的手提電腦及Pendrive,而我可以盡情拍攝雲頂競走的照片。

可是,由於我們的時間很緊湊,在用過點心作早餐後,就忽忙趕著上山,幸好沒有遲到,在完成報名領取晶片與號碼後,我們就忽忙在停車場準備好比賽一切要用的東西,還有二十五分鐘,我就拍了一些Pacesetters跑友的照片,聽完十分鐘的賽規簡報,大家就在大馬競走總會會長拿督陳華貴揮旗下開始啦!

對了,要簡報一下我所攜帶的準備東西,帶了兩雙NB 235跑步鞋及一雙NB900跑鞋,一雙NB涼鞋,營帳,帽子,兩個面罩,一個登山比賽用的多元面罩,兩件寒衣,一件排汗長衣,雨衣及運動長褲,這些都是主要的,當然免不了按摩膏,若是可以的話最好有攜帶MP3或任何錄音機等,還有神奇的酸梅粉

至於飲食,大會準備得很足,所以下次要去參賽的人就得想想自己需要什麼,可不要忘了!

我雖有攜帶營帳上山,可是企鵝二號說想睡就在車裡睡吧,免了搭營帳,也許在寒冷的雲頂,露營可不好受。

比賽:

開始的首七個小時穿NB 900忽忙上陣,哈哈,午餐也沒有吃,就這樣展開不知前景的征途,由於是從中午十二小時開始,所以大伙兒興緻依然高昂,抱著比賽爭奪榮譽的外國男女神行太保和試圖破自己紀錄的本土選手,嘩,一開始就神色慎重,步伐快得令人羡慕不已!

還有John Tan 和 Yap Wai Mun兩公婆並肩作戰,互相鼓勵,可羡慕不少人哦!特別是Wai Mun獲得女子組第六名,是女子組排名最佳的大馬選手,可說是女中豪傑。

我只是抱著盡自己能力的目標去走,由於詢問過其他人的經驗,二十四小時是一條漫長的路,不能太急,自己抱著輕鬆的心情,乘白天多替參賽者拍拍照,看在外國參賽者眼裡,就知道我們只志在拿完走獎牌。

對了,競走的路線是圍著雲頂戶外樂園走,有一段約八十公尺的斜坡,開始可以加速快走,可是過了十二時,雙腳酸痛時,下坡的路段可說是痛苦難挂。

看著相熟的跑友,不論年紀,很多都一圈又一圈超越我,我也不心急,每個人的目標或策略都不一樣,我的目標是堅持二十四小時都在競走,從中午十二時至晚上七時天黑之前,不少一般參賽者都志在睡意來臨之前,走得像極男女神行太保,衝得太凶,七十至八十公里者大有人在,但是一般上真正考驗的是從午夜十二點開始,很多人都敵不過睡魔的摧殘。

開始時,我所攜帶的adidas腕錶雖有一百圈記憶,計劃每兩圈記一次,但是後來卻發生不幸的事,記到晚上約七時,我由於左腳尾指痛楚難忍,結果發現黑青,原來是腳指甲長了一些,穿鞋頂到,趕快換上涼鞋,可是卻在忽忙之中,忘了將晶片繫上涼鞋,結果白走了約三圈,心情跌至谷底,真的好傷心,心裡在哭泣,致電好友MP,取消每六時報上成績,哎,這一刻的心情,試問有誰了解,很多參賽者在我醒覺時,轉回去停車場取晶片時,問我或投以驚奇的眼色,我沮喪得沒有心情回答。

後來我雖向一些相熟的跑友點出我的烏龍,他們也只能投以同情的眼神,哎,小弟心領啦!

雖然大會每隔三小時有公佈成績,但是我開始時不懂,只看到取消的圈數,在第九個小時,我才恍然大悟,使用數碼相機拍攝下來,因為我認為用我的腕錶來記圈數,頭有點暈啦,哈哈,所以我後來都用這個方式,而且又有排名、圈數和距離及時間等,方便極了,但我在午夜十二時後,依然記憶圈速的時間,以防止自己太慢。

我的首十二個小時的圈數分別是二十、十八、十五和十四,每一圈相等八百七十四公尺左右,所以我的哩數是五十八點六十二公里,對身為新兵的我,還算不錯。

此時,不少相熟腳程快的跑友都去會周公啦,有些是腳底起泡,有些是太累,有些時抽筋,敵不過睡意,包括彼得、來發和企鵝二號等,這些朋友在睡了數個小時後再起來續走,可說是不易,雖有精神,但是肌肉可感到疼痛啦!

對了,幾乎忘了提起我是帶著腰包走,內置有手機、數碼相機和酸梅粉等,相當好用,特別是意志力受到考驗,或者悶得抽筋時,就致電一面走一面聊,嘩!這效果很好用,藉著這些親朋好友的鼓勵,影響很大,尤其是我在六小時後,就已向在場跑友直喊:“我後悔啦!”,沒有這些人的鼓勵,我不知如何撐下去,誠心的感謝這些人,特別是MP,積極的鼓勵,讓我堅持下去,不然我想我可能在完走五十公里後,就會舉白旗啦!

由於我怕去上大號,所以不敢吃太豐富的午餐和晚餐,只是輕便,而最多是在晚上八時,餓到不能忍時,才停下享用炒麵和一些飯,作為能源。

從晚上八時後,我就一直只用一些面包和餅干充飢,當然我都盡喝水,包括運動飲料,到了午夜十二時後,就飲用熱的飲料,如:美祿和咖啡等,我也有飲用自己的酸梅粉加白開水,作為肌肉預防抽筋的重要步驟。

午夜十二時至清晨六時,我的速度每隔三小時分別是十四圈,可說是有點慢,這也難怪,由於午夜至清晨六時三十分,共下起二小一中的雨,特別是早上六時三十分,有點大,打亂很多賽者的步伐,而我幸好在宋卡馬拉松買一件粉紅色的夾克,好管用,有防冷防水的功能。

而我在五時半那輪小雨,嘩!及時獲得MP精神上的鼓勵,若不是通過手機上的聊天,相信我早已棄甲認輸,歷經無數次的撞牆,我肯定無法完成二十四小時的真正競走,看到不少參賽者在午夜至清晨這一段時間,也面對艱辛的掙扎,慶幸有MP,不然肯定睡意徹底打敗我,我全身累得很,雙腳簡直不屬於我的,而且每小時的哩數也只有那區區的逾三公里,想想自己可能只有一次,就這樣戰戰兢兢的慢走下去。

雲頂雲霧對參賽者也是很大的考驗,我幸好在晚上七時換上運動長褲,不然我雙腳肯定冷凍僵硬,這可不是開玩笑,若是有上過大漢山,它的冷相等於在Padang(大漢山原路攻頂前最後一個營地)紮營哦!即使是外國精英選手也在天空暗後就換上緊身運動長褲,當然有防冷的長袖衣也是很重要,多謝Jamie介紹我買adidas的長袖衣

在走到早上六時,我的哩數是八十三公里,原本企鵝二號想起來繼續走,但是他為了保留應付週日的鐵人二項,加上腳起泡,所以就滿足於逾八十公里的哩數,而此時也陸續看到彼得和來發起身再續戰。

為了打發濃厚的睡意,我嚼一些檸檬和酸柑提神,國手張聞林也不時在補給站為我加油打氣,哈哈,幾乎忘了,自己不小心喝了咖啡,可能也有助我打發睡意。

雲頂的早上,九時依然雲層霧很厚,冷得很,剩下最後六個小時,全神貫注,MP在早上九時半傳短訊給我,哈哈,我也沒有聽到,或許是自己集中比賽,這或許是自己沒有強求自己的成績,所以在最後三個小時,追回不少哩數,排名也升上不少。

最後一個小時,我也不懂那來的力量,腦海就是想盡力,好辛苦......,雙手出力左右搖擺,即使是Pacesetters跑友的打氣,我也沒有聽到,誇張嗎?不是啦,結果我走出連自己都嚇到一跳的時速七公里,嘩,過了終點,我幾乎垮了......!

我在補給站拿過一瓶運動飲料,ST與老公恰好看到我,我上氣不接下氣喊等一下,此刻的我無法辛苦得無法講話,感謝他們,此時的我不爭氣,整個人的激動不已,情緒漰潰,終於撐完這一個二十四小時的競走,我不知為何掉下淚來,趕緊彎下腰,不讓ST和老公看到我的醜相,趕緊擦乾眼淚,與其他參賽者排隊領完走獎牌。

在等待頒獎,與其他參賽者排隊領午餐時,我餓得全身軟弱無力,感覺快暈倒,趕快將我的碟給企鵝二號,我推開數人,趕緊在近廁所外坐下,整張臉全無血色,叫Unlce Sonny企鵝二號快點拿一些食物給我,嘩,有人要拍我的慘樣,我用手遮啦!誰說我是鐵人?比病人還慘啦!哈哈!

賽後,我與企鵝二號就在雲頂過夜,睡得像豬一樣,企鵝二號說我太累啦,睡覺的聲音好大,哈哈!對不起啦!

總結:

參加二十四小時競走,很傷身,若只抱著拿完走獎牌還好,如果要不睡,可不是開玩笑,不管你的哩數多少,不睡地走,就像我一樣,相信可要一個星期至二個星期才能完完全恢復,而且我怕上大號,就只吃些飯,其他是以面包和餅干充飢。

最後,是感恩的時候,感謝那些支持我的人,替我打氣,包括MP、Uncle Sonny、ST一伙三人、特拉茜,替我綁好晶片的Goh,最後就是駕車載我上山一起比賽的企鵝二號,你們的打氣鼓勵和幫忙,我知道是無法用筆墨來形容,但是小弟永遠銘記在心頭!

Looking forward my first 24hrs walk展望我的二十四小時競走

How I prepare for this 24hrs walk ? Many running friends ask me oh....You guess how I answer them ah ? hehehe

I just go there,totally no prepare at all..cause just want to test how long I can tahan(maintain or surivive) in this cold tourism highland....and I have no target for the distance....

Check the past 2 race results..I found that many normal runners finished with good results,I just don't give myself pressure....enjoy this 2 dwi year event.

So..after 2nite deliver the 22 packs bib n tee to SAFRA Petaling Jaya half marathon pariticipants..I will pack for 2moro leaving toward Genting 24 hrs walk....!

However,no train,but I will prepare many thing like tent,sleeping bag,extra shoe,extra socks,rain coat,jacket,mask..DC,batery,wish me can survive after this 24hrs walk lah...I will overnight at genting monday nite...tuesday come down...take care all and wish u all the best in PJ half.

Yup..according to yesterday STAR report...the number of 24 hrs walk is not many,man hv 130,women hv 80...see u then.....take care !!

展望今次的雲頂二十四小時競走,我完全沒有準備,也沒有特地去練習競走,只是看看自己能走多久,完全沒有訂下距離的目標。

雖然如此,沒有訓練,但是我會攜帶一切自己的必需品,像帳蓬、睡袋、寒衣、雨衣、面罩、至少兩雙鞋子及多雙襪子等等。

參考過去兩屆的比賽成績,看到不少跑步朋友的成績,非常出色,不過相信自己無法與他們比較,體驗一下這種滋味是我的目標。

今次競走,男選手有一百三十人,女選手有八十人。

在今晚派完二十二包八打靈再也半馬的號碼與衣服給新加坡的SAFRA跑友團後,我就會回家準備明早八點半出發,不過,我可能在明早六點前去為一些跑友打氣加油,祝大家八打靈再也半馬取得好成績!一起彼此加油哦!

Kan Cheong(Tension) to collect PJ half marathon bib !!

Total of 49 ppls bib will help by me,very tension cause sure I can't handle to take it by my old bike..so...nite b4 15/9/05,after think few way to carry..I just prepare with my two climbing bag...if really can't carry...call taxi lah ,hehehe !

Lucky...after I reached MPPJ stadium about 9.30am..met with one pacm member..he kindly to help me...wah...so kan tong(touching)..then when the gate open sharp at 10am..not many ppls came to collect...then I quickly line up for men open...cause it have 28 ppls oh...jia lat...after saw the goodie bag..my mind more tension...the 1L of apple juice..jia lat lah....!!

After met with some pacm friends...Boey also kindly to help...then met Uncle Sonny ,Francis,Gerrad and Phoon....finally due to convenient..I ask help from Francis,cause he will send them to 17 house...near my house..wah ........very lucky to have this good friends to rescue me...!!

U know...total of 49 packs..need to big box,one big plastic bag and one climbing bag...it total cost me about 1h10 minutes to finish this first step job.

Then I sms pm1...back to house.....packing for KLCC gang n friends....finished by 12.05noon...then rush to KLCC KFC met pm1 couple and Jamie at Burger King.It is not easy....relax after finish this first,only less pj friends and Safra group.

After have my fast lunch at Burger King...wah first time knew burger king can refill drink...so shoook...cause me park my motor at klcc park..walk so far...so thirsty......rescue again...thanks !!

About 2pm plus...me went to Pertama Complex looking for mp3 or walkman..but can't find...then back to 17 house,and went to settle my apartment payment.

At 3pm..after a nice bath..I pack again for the less...even wrote the bib n surname ,about 6pm only finish...why I toke so long.cause online very slow...listen to music also.


Sorry to Kenny Tan....wrong register for him in his event..next time...have to ask all fill in the form by themself will be better..cause fill form jia lat..double check also jia lat..take bib jiat lat..packing jiat lat,sending bib jiat lat..hahaha....!!

I tried my best liao..b4 register email all to double check,after register also email ask for double check...don know Kenny Tan check or not..hehehe...!!

I glad to have this chance to learn this job,not easy....aiya..some more collect payment again...also feel little jia lat...hahaha...!!

Ok lah...Wish u all the best liao...in PJ half marathon whatever event u join....most important thing is ENJOY n have fun...pia for medal but also need to take care u body ,espeically for who have old injury oh...!!

Didn't plan run at TTDI,cause my right foot still feel pain after putrajaya half,so plan to have fast walk..didn't train for walk...genting will be jia lat liao !! (suffer)

As Chen busy running big lap prepare for his PJ Half,due tough fight at PJ Half,so...he train serious and hard...I spoke to Jessica after chat with SH.Tan's daugther's bf...he prepare for pj half marathon 10km.


Chat with Jessica ,for two lake laps...mostly chat her injury and her father,cause her father will try to do one sub 5 in this Singapore marathon and Jessica still slowly doing her recovery...she just do walk...cause can't run at all...pain lah..!

Jessica mention she got this injur in MPAJ run,runner's life is like that...sometime u happy in running,sometime u sad in running....but I think all this one have to face it with relax and open mind...it is not end of the world....!

I strong believe after Jessica fully recover ,she sure can back in action as contender for prize winner or as finisher medal....!!

Meet gang at TTDI 在佳拉公園會跑友

Plan went to TTDI met running gang at TTDI,but reached home found that one of my housemate hv food poisoning...her face is white...after make sure she got dinner from other housemate...I went to TTDI.

Met with Francis,help Leong bought one KLIM DVD,and then chat with some of running friends...the Malay guy injure....still keep hard train..but he skip for pj half..aim for GE 30km...he will go for 20km run only.

Uncle Sonny didn't turn up..he went to meet oversea friend...then I have to go back after dinner..burn new foto cd for SHTAN...easy for her job...then I burn my last year Taiwan 2 marathon trip to SHTAN also...took me more than one hour...hehehe !

Fill in all the bib slip at 1am..jia lat..too hungry...so...cook one pak indomie....opps...no good healthy food...!!

在放工回家後,原本想趕去會跑友,即使是沒有跑,而且可能跑友要詢問太魯閣馬拉松的參賽事宜,還有SHTAN想要的照片。

不過,由於Sonny臨時有事,所以我與跑友吃完晚餐後,就回家燒錄給SHTAN,結果在他們到我家時,不但燒本地路跑的照片光碟,而且還花了整個小時燒去年台灣二馬之行的光碟給她,同時也看布城半馬,數碼相機駁接到電視熒幕上,同時也拿出去年台北全馬的光碟,看得SHTAN/BOEY 有點心動去參加台北全馬。

右腳肌肉依然有點緊,希望不是有傷,不然雲頂二十四小時競走可就慘。

在凌晨一時,由於感到肚餓,特地去煮一包indomie乾撈面來吃,填寫八打靈再也半馬的索取號碼表格直到一點半,才上床睡覺。

I skip my recovery run on monday even I off ,due to busy with some commitment.I plan to run about 30 minutes also call off..cause I felt the tire and my right foot is little pain.not yet recover,so how lazy of me..hahaha !

Actually ,after Putrajaya half marathon,my body is ok...only little tire due to heat.

沒有進行恢復跑,感覺很懶,哈哈,不知是不是一下子失去目標?但是只是感到有點累,或許是布城炎熱的太陽所造成。

原本計劃白天忙,傍晚進行三十分鐘的恢復跑,不過由於右腳板感到有點痛,相信是布城半馬的後遺症,因為我穿二三五,墊底不夠厚吧!

第一屆布城半馬拉松

參加布城半馬拉松,沒想到卻變成半跑半拍照的輕鬆半馬拉松,原本沒有計劃拍沿途,只是開始和結束,但是在太多跑友和好友的要求下,我放棄一四五的目標。

感覺自己的狀態不錯,雖然KOTR十公里之後,狀態還未完全復原,但是自覺還有六成至七城左右,但是我在賽前早點卻只吃兩片花粉,賽前忙於拍照及與跑友聊天,造成沒有緩跑熱身,犯下大忌。

當然,半馬對而我言,時間與証書都不是很重要,我未來的目標是全馬和超馬,當然若是有時間和多餘的費用,就會涉足鐵人二項。

參加一項路跑賽,跑步成績、獎金、獎牌,不論是任何一項目標,我認為都不應是最終的目標,自然地與跑步朋友聊一聊,拍拍照,抑或互相問候,都是那麼令人高興,而不時可看到一家大小出動,就如一場融洽的團康活動。

而且路跑賽可促進一個人的品格和個人精神文化,變成有紀律,健康,所以這才是跑友所追求的目標。

若是因成績不如人抑或是退步,贏不到獎金,拿不到完跑獎牌,心情沉落後沮喪,是沒有用的,就以好友MP所說的,當以平常心去看待得與失,從失敗中學習,吸取經驗,最重要的是跑得快樂,跑得健康,能完跑就是一種幸福,知足卻不沮喪,咱們跑步就是準備跑一輩子,這讓我想起同事啟華,因患上蛇疾,只好臨時缺席,他說能跑就是一種福氣,確實。

麻坡好友新奇一家人,老婆與兩個孩子在起點追著他,看到這種場面,我在拍了起跑的照片後,就拍他們,過後再拍Sonny一團朋友及PM2 Kelvin等人,過後就專心跑步,感覺狀態還很好,就一直跟著CM身後約一百公尺。

感覺路很好跑,而且大多數跑友都將這個布城半馬當成一個集會,而且半馬只要在三小時內完跑全程,不像八打靈再也半馬,男子公開組只有二百枚完跑獎牌,可不是開始,而且完跑証書分一四五、二零零和二一五,可是跑友欲証明自己實力的好場所。

布城半馬就這樣一直憑著感覺跟著CM後面一直跑,在跑至七公里U轉時,先拍一張日出照片,再拍CM的一張照片,就看到一眾PM跑友,包括Khoo,Ronnie,KennyTan,還有SJ兩姐妹,大約落後有五百公尺,向SJ高喊,我馬上來!哈哈!沒想到過後碰上兩處有消防員釋放水花,嘩,PM2後面跟著來,還有巴生的Wong,哈哈,就這樣又再拍照,哎呀,想想一四五不能達到,就二零零吧,算算時間,認為自己還有能力。

跑至十公里水站時,碰上100PLUS的馬來肥佬服務員,又再拍他的照片,感謝他們的細心服務。

不久,約十一點五公里時,大會派發每人一包POWER GEL,嘩!以感恩的心接過,解除我肚餓的救星,十二公里喝了一杯白開水,身體猶如注入興奮劑,哈哈!


但是,後來碰上一名印裔服務人員,請他幫我拍一張,相信只有我這樣的跑友,才會帶著DC邊跑邊拍,在約十八公里時間幫Kenny Choo拍了一張,感謝他,讓我搭順風車,感恩!

最後一公里由於碰上撞牆,所以也就多次停下來拍照,特別是最後一個水站,突然間看到Phyllis超越我,嘩,我就馬上收拾心情,持著開著的DC,就這樣拍了最後一張比賽照片,趕緊超前,祈禱不要讓她超車,接近終點,沒有相熟的朋友拍我,哎呀,只有自己拍終點站做紀念,就這樣完跑時間是二零一!

檢討自己,應有至少低一五零的成績,不過這或許是我第一次參加布城半馬,也是最後一次,明年十月十日聽說要換成全馬賽會,雖然很想在沒有任何牽挂下盡情去跑,但是我的未來將至少全馬為目標,除了八打靈再也半馬及怡保半馬,前者迄今只有在二零零三年以一四八拿過一次完跑獎牌,想要測量自己在較常規的訓練後,能否有機會取得任何突破,而怡保半馬,目標不是比賽,而是怡保的豆腐花,哈哈!

而檢討今次的布城半馬,整體上大會辦得相當出色,但是由於太熱,聽Sonny說,有一位跑友跑完全程時陷入低歇里的狀態,推開朋友以跳湖作為解暑,搞到隔日上報!

不過,建議終點站要學一下宋卡全馬,需設有大型冷氣噴霧,就像吉隆坡全馬半途一樣,主辦當局只在終點設有幾個冷氣噴霧風扇,相信這是不夠的。

這項半馬不只獎金豐富,而且全馬只要在三小時內完跑就有獎牌,而且男子十公里公開組也有四百枚獎牌,不過聽說也激烈,有跑友以六十二分鐘完跑就拿不到完跑獎牌,嘿嘿,看來只有加把勁努力練跑。

在此,要感謝PM19 Justin幫忙去FTAAA拿號碼和衣服,還有Kenny Choo駕車載我們四人,包括PM8 Chen 和PM 29 Adam。

同時也祝賀取得好成績的一眾跑友,以及贏得獎金的朋友,包括SJ 兩姐妹,恰好取得女宿將組第二十名的阿萍,以一五四換來的二百零吉,但是自認跑得很沒有mood,哈哈,她應該感到知足和慶幸。

對了,雖然以後會專注全馬和超馬,若是沒有訓練準備比賽,若有路跑賽,屆時就會當個全職的義工,拍照或訪問跑友的心得,與大家分享!後會有期!

下個賽會是雲頂二十四小時競走,小弟缺席八打靈再也半馬,誠心祝福大家跑得愉快,還有若碰上新加坡的SAFRA跑友,穿青黃色,就一聲Hello,歡迎他們,讓他們感覺在大馬比賽的溫馨!

Ok..Here is my simple and comment about Putrajaya half marathon,overall ,this is good race and well organise...

My plan for this putrajaya half marathon..is try to run below 2hours...if can run below 1:50..that will be bonus.

We(Driver Kenny Choo,Adam,Chen n me)left pj 17 about 5:20am..less than 30 minutes reached Putrajaya liao...!

Met a lot of friends b4 start..and snap foto...I skip warm up...It cause me at last 3km almost hit the wall...lucky no cramp...hahaha !

After snap my Muar friend's Sin Kee and some others friends foto at the early stage,I concetrate in my race,felt good...altough I all the way trail CM about 100meter..snap CM foto before 7km U-turn...I saw many running gang,like Khoo Yit Kiat,Ronnie and sj sisters..I thought I can catch up with sj sisters...! But due to I enjoy too much snap foto..hahaha...so...just forgot about my target time liao...sub2 hrs will be ok for me !

Glad to have POWER GEL after 11km..it is great,cause I skip breakfast..only ate two tablets of BEE POLLEN,felt hungry after 7km liao....very jia lat...!

I saw BOMBA spray water from paip...wah...u all guess..what I saw ?? RAINBOW....But can't foto...cause my DC will wet lah..hahaha !! I found rainbow when just across the water spray lah...!! It help runners to reduce some hot from the heat....if not..sure many puncit liao !

I try to faster my pace,escpecially during hilly road...it is nice to run hills ,escpecially during first time..experience is fresh..exciting...!!

After CM disaapear from my view...I snap some runners foto after 17km...escpecially got 100 PLUS water staf... fat man !!


I met penguin 11,snap his foto,kenny choo,gasing members....!! I have no rush ...cause i think I can run sub2 lah...!! But at last water staion ,suddenly Phyllis appear..wah...she is not bad,i thought she trail far behind me...so...while I continue my pace,open and stand by DC..snap foto again....then ,reach finishing ,nobody snap my foto..so...I have snap the finishing view infront of me ..!!

It is nice if u gang and friends...or u family snap u running foto,even only finishing...must appreciate their effort...!!

Overall,except I snap foto,I fully enjoy this race....medal nice also...provide breakfast..sport drink,Milo,mineral water...!!

I heard Datuk Dina from ex Milo bos ,he said next year will turn to full marathon,it is great..I will definitely come...!!

At last,this may be my last half marathon,except for pj half ,and may be ipoh..I will stop take part in klang valley 10km and 21km race...cause I will concetrate in full and ultra marathon...and may be dualathon in future...!!

1st Putrajaya Half Marathon 第一屆布城半馬拉松


時間:二零零五年九月十一日早上七時

布城半馬雖然是首次主辦,但是由於投下不少財力,所以反應很好,不過小弟的其中四位朋友卻因為各種原因而缺席,同事啟華生蛇、Leong仔則有公事,清昌和清泰則忘弟弟結婚,女方宴請。

幸好今次通過隊長安排PM19賈斯汀拿號碼和衣服,不然由於工作忙,不知如何解決,新奇則在今日才上來,我無法幫上忙,實在不好意思。

至於我的訓練,感覺有恢復六成左右,不像上週日阿迪達斯十點七公里那麼的辛苦,不過今次沒有抱著很大的希望,若能跑出低於一小時五十分,就會感到很滿足啦!

明早五時,我和P19肯定搭 Kenny Choo 的順風車去 ,而PM8也初步答應一起,若是有變卦才會通知我。

雖然看大會的章程,表明每公里將會有倒數,不過有點疑問就是他們規定要穿他們的衣服,不知是否會有問題?不管啦,照穿Pacesetters的背心啦!

幸好PM2準時到報館領取他太太的布城十公里號碼,所以我原本沒打算跑TTDI,結果就趕緊收拾回家跑步去。

雖然有點遲,但是志在熱身出汗,而且也交給PM8粉紅色炸彈,嘿嘿!

與Bee Suan 通手機短訊,以為她回了,原來她在走路,男友Ng Say Eng跑了逾十多公里,志在練氣,嘩!佩服,相信他開始領會跑步的樂趣,相信他們很快就可成為PACM的一份子。

就這樣,還與PM8閒聊,快八點了,就趕緊回家沖涼完成派發布城號碼的使命。

在TTDI輕鬆跑 Relax run at TTDI

碰上的跑友:PM8夫婦及SJ
氣候:涼爽,下午有下雨。

準時在下班就去TTDI慢跑,跑了兩大圈才碰上SJ,較後跑畢才遇上PM8夫婦聊了一陣子。跑時原以為還在納悶為何沒碰上PM8夫婦及SJ,或許恰好大家的速度與距離都有一段相差,沒有碰上。

今日的跑道因下雨後有濕滑,幸好穿上adistar cushion,不過感覺右腳踝似乎有週日KOTR跑的後遺症,有點痛,所以打算考慮布城半馬穿這雙訓練鞋,不穿比賽鞋,不然可能會影響雲頂二十四小時競走。

感覺狀態還好,但是雙腳依然有點沉重,沒有像之前的那麼好,希望能在布城半馬前及時恢復,抑或是最少恢復八成。

原本今年計劃十公里四十五分,半馬一四五及全馬四零零以下,不過,後兩者欲達到目標,似近非近,似遠非遠,只有一點最肯定的就是不能偷懶,哈哈,不然布城肯定就不好過。

十月二十三日普吉島全馬的機會似乎又重燃,去度蜜月的同事沒有與我撞期,老二去日本採訪最後一日回來才撞期,主任雖在,但是剩下的難題就是可能請師弟取消週假回來上班,不然就與我交換一日週假,欲跑一趟全馬,就得胥視一切緣份積夠了,才有得跑,所以在比賽中就得好好去珍惜,抱著感恩的心,去融入跑步的生活,不因為時間或成績,患得患失,太計較,反而丟失一顆純樸的跑步之心。

與SJ在TTDI跑

Bee Suan 的男友!在週二TTDI練跑首次巧遇。

體重:五十八公斤(跑前),五十七公斤(跑後)

由於報館的冷氣修理了整天依然未好,嘩,缺氧氣,人人埋怨不已,而報館也沒有採取應對措施,例如:用桌面風扇啦,哎呀,又熱又缺氧,趕稿的壓力,真是讓人幾乎窒息。

SJ要去TTDI跑,所以難得有機會與差不多相同水平的跑友練跑,是不錯的一件事,所以就決定在下班後,趕去TTDI練跑,一來紓解工作的煩悶,二來練布城半馬,畢竟有伴跑,較不會有藉口讓自己偷賴。

抵達TTDI卻面對車滿之患,連電單車欲泊位都很難,結果泊在停車場的草上,看見SJ的速度很快,在湖邊繞跑,沒有熱身之下欲追上她,可是卻有心無力,真是夠厲害,只能落後她約三十公尺,較後在繞了一圈,我轉上右手邊上跑大圈,她卻逆轉,半途才折返,互相配速。

大圈每圈約二點一公里,跑了三圈,然後天色暗了,再跑湖邊三圈,歷時一小時十二分,而她的時間應該多五至十分鐘,因為她早跑。

由於SJ的速度蠻快,所以我配得很辛苦,不過幸好有伴陪,不然若是一個人跑,肯定會提早收檔休息。

在最後兩圈,恰好碰上Bee Suan的男友,開始不記得,他跟我打招呼,好像在那裡見過,後來休息冷卻時,他才自我介紹是Bee Suan的男友,哈哈,真是不好意思,他將會參加布城和八打靈再也十公里。

體重在跑前與跑後減了一公斤,晚餐只吃一片雞蛋印度煎餅和兩杯拉茶,夜宵再吃一片香蕉煎餅和一杯茶烏,感覺累得很,天氣似乎好熱。

恢復跑Recovery run

地點:八打靈再也十七區,恢復跑。

時間:週一(九月五日)六時四十分開始,跑二十八分鐘。

放工回家,時候還早,原本想去TTDI進行週日KOTR之後的恢復跑,讓疲憊的身體,特別是雙腿 都能夠進行恢復,以避免犯上怠惰,因為一不跑,抑或是生病之際減少,就會懶散啦!

用最慢的速度在自己居住的十七區跑,感覺身體好虛弱,幸好撐得住,我大約是用了二十八分鐘完成大約五公里的恢復跑,流了不少汗。

下週日就是布城半馬,不得不看緊自己的體能,不過不敢勉強,相信二小時之內跑完半馬應沒有問題,只是看能否實現到低於一小時四十五分的成績而已,以彌補自己沒有跑八打靈再也半馬的缺憾,就作為衡量明年能否實現八打靈再也半馬一等証書的夢想!

SP考到潛水証書

聽到SP與另一名沙巴好友考到潛水証書,真替他們高興,西巴丹島海底潛水一窺海底美麗的世界指日可待。

其實,要完成一個心願可要花費不少心血,就像要在工作領域上突破提升,SP又修課,自我提升,真的好生佩服。

這令我想起,我曾獲得SP指導下學游泳,但是只學了一點皮毛,看來可需要下決心在年杪之前學會,學會就屬於自己,就像SP的潛水,可說是終生受用。

我一定要學會游泳,因為我未來有機會可要下海看海底世界外,同時也很想嚐一嚐鐵人三項的滋味,雖然對好多人而言是輕而易舉的事,但是對我而言,卻需要付出不少代價,就像SP一樣,考到潛水証書,工作之餘又上課程 ,都是不簡單,就彼此互相鼓勵加油!

傷感的告別吉隆坡10公里路跑


這兩姐妹實在不給面子,小弟抱病參賽,沒有一點悲憫之心,最後五百公尺竟然輾過我,令我更加悲傷,哈哈 (講笑啦!)。


以如此的悲壯,告別吉隆坡十公里路跑賽,有點悽慘!

到達終點前,體力已達到極限,非常辛苦,擺出勝利的告別讓隊長夫人拍照!

決定以adidas KOTR 10公里作為告別吉隆坡10公里路跑賽,原本想盡情去跑,可是賽前數日卻發生兩宗變故,週四睡覺扭到頸項和週五早上肚瀉,搞到心情好低落。

原本抱著若是身體狀態沒有好轉,有意放棄這告別之賽,不過經過搽過數次薑汁後,僵硬又酸的左頸有點好轉,似乎好了一半,不過依然不利參與激烈的路跑賽,而且週四晚上隨意吃椰槳飯及份量蠻大的黑芝麻糊,週五早上發生肚瀉,令我的心情降入谷底。

其實,參加太多路跑賽,也有點累,所以決定以後專注全馬和超馬,最多只是以後參加八打靈再也半馬,其他一律短於全馬距離的路跑競賽,就會挂免戰牌啦,專心訓練於全馬和超馬,或許以後也會參加鐵人二項(路跑和騎腳車),至於要鐵人三項,則需要等學會游泳。

在週六晚上十時半就心情低落的上床睡覺,雖然準備好新的S尺碼黃色賽跑背心,以及貼上我的號碼A052。早上四時就不安的醒來,時候還早就繼續會周公,早上五時五十五分手機鬧鐘響起,懶得只用腳按停,因為手機放在床尾充電,經過重複的第三次響起,我才趕緊起床去廁所及刷牙。

幸好能夠解決大事,就只喝了數口清水,懷著忐忑不安的心騎著鐵馬下去吉隆坡,到達獨立廣場停車旁就碰上好友Leong,Ching Tai和Kenny,收了他們的報名費,我將背包放在Kenny的車裡,過後走了一下子再碰上Ronnie夫婦,我則將腰包寄放他們的車,然後再拿著佳能A520,捉拍一些場外的照片。

我緩跑熱身,再一次去解決小事,過後就拍了Ronnie緩跑到起跑,由Siew Mooi再拍我與Ronnie的起點合照,過後我就走進起跑人群,數碼相機則由Siew Mooi掌管捉拍。

由於狀態不佳,左頸和肚瀉的影響,感覺雙腳軟弱無力,只能緩慢開始,氣喘得很,感覺十點七公里肯定是最辛苦的吉隆坡十公里路跑賽告別之役,由於宿將組和公開組一起啟跑,感覺上落後在好遠,在剩下八公里時,曾看到CM的背影,落後約有五十公尺,可是在雙山(double hill)就沒有看到他。

在開始的首兩公里,我超越SJ(Seok Jeon)與她姐姐Seok Ling,鼓勵加油後,就持續相同的步伐,艱辛跟住人群跑前進,氣喘得很,一般上嘴巴沒有張開,今次卻大口喘得很慘。

我在兩公里後,好想加快步奏,可是卻有心無力,加上我的左頸不能自由擺動,好多相熟的跑友超越我,這些跑友奇怪我會如此慢,我一張臉沒有血色,雙腳無力,若不是告別吉隆坡十公里路跑之作,好想就只甘當一位默默支持跑友的背後觀眾。

但是,大約是五公里到達著名雙山(double hill),我加快步伐,而此時SeokLing(SJ,Seok Jeon大姐)欲與我配速,不過我加快一點,就已到達今日狀態的極限。

Seok Ling解釋她慢,主要是昨日參加Takaful競走,所以今日狀態同樣欠佳,我也同樣告訴她,我生病,狀態欠佳,我兩人一直持續前進,而我也沒有向後望,相信SJ同樣在後面伺機跟緊。

在雙山下山階段,我沒有飲用補水站,經過氣候溫度計,攝氏24度,我估計我的排名相當危險,因為大會只頒發一百五十枚完跑獎牌,所以在踏出雙山,我只能保持步伐,心情有點緊張,體能狀態有點到達極限,而雙腳依然是沒有力,可說是硬撐到底,SJ兩姐妹相信在後面緊跟著。

到達轉向左方的國會大廈路,大約兩公里多,此時嚐試加快,但是也是有限公司,只是超越數名同組的男公開組選手,不過在過了武吉安曼的交通燈後,SeokLing就加速超越我,過了一下子,SJ再輕易衝刺輾過我,哎呀,真是有點慘,我望著SJ試圖超越,兩人競爭激烈,不過最終Seok Ling 只勝Seok Jeon兩秒,50:53和50:55。

小弟在最兩百公尺卯足全力超越數名同組的對手,可是在二十公尺前被另一名反超越,最終擔心是多餘的,完跑前,Siew Mooi幫我拍照,我擺出辛苦臉,以51分07秒,幸好排名第一百三十四。

對了,今次賽程從原本的十一點公里,縮減至十點七公里。

碰上全體育主編志笙與adidas的公關Anna,我則用數碼相機拍下所有各組優勝者的成績,拍了數張優勝者的領獎照片後,就趕去武吉安曼與Ronnie,CM,Sim,Jason一起暢談今早的路跑競賽和其他有關路跑的話題。

不過,我想沒有了解我最後一次參加吉隆坡十公里路跑賽,不過,沒打緊,以如此的成績告別,有點黯然神傷,今後減少十公里,抽出更多時間訓練全馬和超馬,以及可能未來的鐵人二項,同時也可以撥出更多時間回老家探望二老。

今早能夠參賽,感恩有薑汁塗擦,不然相信今早欲跑的機會不大,感恩MP,相信若是有再跑十公里,怡保的KRI十公里,將是小弟最後一個十公里路跑賽,不然就只剩每年的八打靈再也半馬啦,這是一個不容易的決定,但是卻也是必須果斷和勇氣,畢竟若是一個喜歡路跑的人,要減少路跑賽,可不能憂柔寡斷,再見啦十公里!

My sad farewell to KL 10km road race

Place:Dataran Merdeka

Plan to run a good farewell run for KL 10km road race in adidas kingof the road,but due to left neck and LauSai problem,I can't enjoy thisrace,instead suffer race,consider toughest for my 10km race.

I don't like to give up before a race,so I just went to dataranmerdeka as usual ,met Kenny Choo,Ching Tai and Leong,after collect alltheir registration fee.I chat with pm1 couple.

Before the race,I manage to hand around snap foto,before final 5minutes..I foto with pm1,pass my DC to pm21.Waiting for countdownstart.

After start sharp on 7.30am,my first two km is suffer..felt sodifficult to take breath,met with sj sisters...see only CM backside,my leg soft and no power,it is a mental fighting,I can imagine 8kmto go ,it is same like in full marathon final 8km..tough.....!

I was overtoke by Gavin Mah,Alden Yap...plus others..many...they allsurprise I am slow ..oppps...sick mah...aiya...just want to finish asfast as possible.Don't care the 150 finisher medals.

Before first 2km,encourage with sj sisters,then reached double hill,sjelder sister seok ling,intend to pace with me..I said I can't ,cause me sick lah.....!

I just try to maintain my pace...skip water station.....only 10.7km mah...save few seconds also...hehehe....when turn left to Parlimen...I just so exciting ,try to faster,but can't ,when pass bkt aman traffic light,saw a lot of PACM runners cheer for us...give me five with john...then suddenly sj sisters overtoke me one by one...sl and sj...they two fight very close...finally sj only lost 2 seconds...

May be it is not my day...but still lucky have a finisher medal...thanks pm21 snap my kan koh foto....!! Chat with many ppls..after all chat with PMs at bkt aman mama....until 12pm plus...!!

adidas King of the road 11.8km

週五因不小心睡覺姿勢不好,以致左頸僵硬,好辛苦,晚上放工七點許,在家前跑十小圈,大約是二公里多。

發手機短訊向蓓錦求救,她給了一些方法,我試一下就是用冰敷,但是效果不大。因此十一點多就上床會周公啦。

我的睡床也舊了,相信是彈簧沒有彈性 ,可能是時候要換啦。

主任與一位女同事湊巧會在十月下旬去中國,所以我計劃去普吉島跑全馬的計劃只好暫時擱置,直到主任與女同事肯定他們遊玩中國的日期。

今早九點半左右抵達報館不久,就接到蓓錦的意外電話,真是有點受寵若驚,她好心問一前輩,解釋給我聽,我的頸項僵硬的可能三個原因,我相信是睡覺影響。

結果,由於我沒有時間去買老薑,蓓錦獻意幫忙我買,然後原本是在放工後去她家拿,但是她卻走來報館給我,著實令我好生感動。

希望明早能夠如期復原,不然可能只是扮演拍照,或許這將是我最後一次在獨立廣場參加十公里的路跑,希望能夠留下美好的回憶,也祝其他所有認識的跑友都 會取得理想中的成績。
