I just relax 20km LSD ,met so many runners,happy to snap foto for them,but some runners scare like hell..haha...so next time snap photos must becarefull too...and respect runners,may be they don't like ppls to snap their running action,sorry ya....!!

I use this LSD for as recovery run and also training for LSD.Slow pace about 6minites perkm.My leg was tire after yesterday Nuang trip.

My LSD on 211006 and 221006 two days also 20k,so this weekly only gain 40km mileage.Sipeh hate the haze lah..kns !

Running partner:Phyllis,SJ,Fook,Grace.
Condition:Pace with SJ,faster pace,is good for me to gain my pace feeling,like 5minutes per km pace,it was good for me.We 3 persons including SJ n Phyllis guide Fook and Grace to one round income tax,then we heading back to Bkt Aman.Fook and Garce continue their maiden LSD 30KM journey.I feel good.After a little rest,Phyllis went for Volunteer run for 2 laps at 2.3km lake garden,SJ pace for first lap,then Phyllis went alone.

About 9.30am,I saw Grace first,she look good,still like run relax and no hit the wall,cinya salute to her,she is got a lot of potential.Fook little suffer at final 1 km,he face cramp problem.I accompany him to walk back last 500metres.

Grace finish with 3h20m,Fook is 3h30m.It is good as this is their maiden LSD 30km.

Condition:At first no confidence to run,cause worry after rain,the surface with make me difficult as worry if run fast,may fell down..haha !! But after chat with chen wife and his son,then me heading to start,planning all the way run consistent,first lap 11m20s,so..I feel it is good,I feel my leg muscle after this morning,suitable to run this pace.

After chat few seconds with Chen who came after shopping to survey the surface of the route,cause still under repair.

I try to control each laps to run under 12minutes,and feel my pacing bigger and faster and final lap,I pia all the way,so happy to finish with 1h09m38s.

After last weekend 3 days run about total of distance 50km,due to KNS haze of INA,what to do leh? Have to rest for 3 days.Hope my condition just in recovery will not affect by this haze problem.

Very looking forward to gain back my form as soon as possible,but sure will not rush.

2 days 2 LSD

After pacing with DK yesterday,this morning,run again another hartamas LSD.It was nice morning weather,some runners already kick start their SIM LSD with 21km or 30km LSD,cinya good spirit.

I relax pace with slow pick up my endurance for preparing my 31.12.06 Sin 12hrs run,hopefully leave will get approve,no repeat like this morning should be standing in starting line of Mt Kinabalu climbathon,lucky just waste the AirAsia ticket only,if not,sure "amtui" lah !!

After chit chat with gangs at car park,join bro Sonny Ng,Eric/Vivian,Tony and gangs at Imbi for breakfast,chat again,return house already almsot 12noon.

Pacm got deliver the Chin Woo biathlon and Selayang run form,who will going to take part ah ? hmmm...
